Camping for the first time with my Rivian tomorrow. Should be in the 60s overnight so it'll be great.

This Friday isn’t any other Friday. Today is Earth Day. I am assuming Rivian will recognize that today is Earth day and talk about how they have set aside beaucoup money in the Forever fund to help the planet.

Nothing about Earth Day from Rivian as far as I can tell? Correction, nothing but the crickets they hired to update us on our deliveries. ;-)

I am quite surprised Rivian didn’t acknowledge Earth Day today. They still have time, but I doubt they will mention it. I guess they didn‘t want to point out how they put 1% of the company’s stock in the Forever Fund, especially considering the dramatic fall of the stock price recently. If Rivian doesn’t want to acknowledge Earth Day today, here is a video about the Forever Fund. I just watched it again and forgot that @DuckTruck has a cameo in the video. Happy Earth Day y’all!

Meet him in NYC just before he started at Rivian. He just left Amazon and seemed genuinely excited for his adventure with Rivian. FFWD a few months, and I talked to him again at the Seattle show. He seemed MUCH, MUCH busier, more stressed, but still genuinely excited about Rivian. Seems like a really good guy, and really down to Earth.

That's good to hear. The comms were excellent in the beginning, but have slowed way down. I figured he was fighting a losing battle and "pursued other opportunities"
