Yes I find less and less waving from other Rivian drivers, as the vehicles are now purchased more frequently by non enthusiasts.

Same here rarely get a wave back and almost never from an S driver to most these are just another family hauler.

I have more non-EV drivers wave at me than Rivian owners. Maybe it's just the friendly people in my part of Texas.

I feel your pain. I feel like it's only Gen 1 owners that still wave if at all.

My wife, sitting behind me, made a comment the other day that I didn't wave to a passing Rivian, Mother in law was beside me and laughed at her "do you think he would miss an opportunity to acknowledge another Rivian on the road?"

They were cool, they gave me the double finger raise from the wheel. A subtle acknowledgement that yes, we are both kick ass

I come from the Tesla world where the waves died out in 2020

Clearly you've never been approached by my wife waving from the passenger seat of our R1T.

It's almost embarrassingly excited.
