It's crazy. I was listening to CNBC a few weeks ago, they interviewed a "logistics analyst" about the problem. He said pre-covid prices were averaging $2500 per seatainer and 4-6 weeks port to port. In the beginning of September it was $20,000+ per seatainer and 12 - 16 weeks. There's no way Rivian is not affected by this now and in the future.You should see the number of cargos ships staged off the coast of Long Beach California because of the backup at the port.
