On IOS, I sign-in with username/password, receive and enter in my MFA verification code and then this. Rinse, repeat, unable to login. No issues getting into the website, just the app. Anyone else running into this issue?

same issue. i wonder if you’re out and about right now with no physical key you can unlock and drive.

weird there is no status page for rivian web services.

I had to log back into the app this morning, but it worked fine. Just checked my ios app and I'm still logged in and the app is operational.

Strike that. I was sitting here with the app open and it just logged me out. I hope you have your key card or fob with you as I think we have an episode of the PAAK not gonna work while their server is down...

Same it logged me out and now I cant log in OR access car. Hopefully it fixes itself soon otherwise Ill have to take Uber home as I don't have any other method with me there at home...

Thankfully we had the credit card key with us. App isn’t working on any of our 3 phones. We would’ve been stuck without the credit card key.

I picked a bad day to leave my fob at home...
I would be curious if anyone can check to see if PAAK still works, I do not think it needs to be logged into the app to work, should just be using the phone. May need the app launched if location service is set to only when app is running.

Unfortunately I am not around my R1S to test but would like to know the answer.

I saw this tread first. Did they say it will log in automatically when fixed, or do we keep trying?

Short answer: no. Shows unconnected on Bluetooth as well.

I spoke with Rivian and they know about the issue. They say it's a widespread problem. They're working on it and hope to have it resolved in the next hour or s00n or sometime after the manual tonneau cover ships.
