Did you the large caveat in your supporting article? Clearly states “chiefly that we don't know how many of these accidents were caused by the software itself”. Again, just asking for hard evidence that Tesla SW was sole cause of death (v driver error, etc). Assumed Tesla would have been sued of there was this evidence.

Tesla corporate understands exactly why this is happening. This is the most likely result of lying constantly about the features of your vehicles and naming them "autopilot" and "full self driving". Tesla was banned from using those names in Germany.

If someone did successfully sue Tesla and they settled that lawsuit, we would likely never hear about it due to Tesla requiring an NDA as part of that settlement.

So your "assumption" they haven't been "successfully sued" is ok but any other assumptions are not.

It doesn't work as advertised. And Musk has argued it is safer than human drivers.

Proven that FSD WAS NOT ENGAGED IN THISE VIDEOS and filmed at 240P (lower than old DVDs) and screen blurred out. Never shows interior view when “accident” occurs.
