Denver SC did an alignment for me, results..
+ Steering wheel not perfectly level, but significantly improved and tolerable now
+ Less steering wheel feedback (smoother)
+ Doesn't pull to the right
Fixed some small cosmetic issues too. Good job Denver SC!

It’s a sad state we’re in where the SC *not* fully fixing the issue warrants praise.

Had and still have this issue as well even after taking into the KC SC. R1T 15XXX, delivery in Nov. ‘22
Steering wheel was left by several degrees and the alignment was always pulling right. They fixed the alignment and it drives straight but they over corrected the wheel and now it’s not centered to the right by several degrees… lol
The KC SC for me is 3.5 hours away each way. Going to deal with it for now, at least the alignment is right…

Had the same issue - Austin SC fixed it last Friday. I can only praise the technician that did 3 alignment corrections + tests before returning the car. He managed to make it right.
It seems that alignment work on this truck is not trivial, I am not sure why.
I also really do not get why they continue to deliver cars with this issue. Look at the latest YouTube reviews - you will see that their steering wheel is misaligned.
My only assumption - most people do not care/mention this.

Mine has also been about 5° to the left regardless of road camber. It has a slight pull to the right. I was Waiting until I had another warranty item, but the car has been flawless otherwise. Time is money. If I have no other reason to go to the SC, I am going to just have a local guy that has a good reputation, do a 4 wheel alignment.

You shouldn’t need the pucks for an alignment since the vehicle needs to be sitting on all four tires to load the suspension.
My wheel is off by 5-10 degrees CCW. I may just do the alignment myself in my driveway. I taught myself the “string method” after getting tired of bad wheel alignments on my wife’s Volvo. As most things, it’s now more time consuming to take it somewhere than to just do myself in the driveway.
My SC is also 3 hours away.

There is definitely a theme here. My steering wheel is also off center with a slight pull to the right. I have 5 fairly minor items one month after delivery and just opened a service request in Orlando.

Seems like a business opportunity to me. A lot of Rivians out there in need of alignment.

SAME issue here. Steering wheel misaligned significantly to the left. If I keep the wheel centered the car will drift to the right. New R1S delivered few weeks ago. It's in the shop now along with several minor but annoying issues. Do they even do quality control on these things before delivery?

Just noticed this issue on my 2 week old R1S as well. Steering wheel is slightly turned to the right while going on a relatively flat freeway. Guess I'll add it to my list of issues.

Mine is not dead center, less than 11 'o clock position, but it doesn't sway off to the sides when driving on the highway. I don't have too much faith in Rivian to correct it, so I will just live with it. Not a deal breaker.

My R1S steering wheel also needs to be a few degrees to the left in order to drive straight. I think it is more noticeable due to the rectangular shape connection at the column. Rivian would have been smarter to make the column circular which probably would make it less noticeable.
The vehicle does not pull either direction and the alignment itself appears to be good. Because of this and because my R1S has been in the service center more days than with me since delivery, I'm going to try and live with it for the time being.
