Shipping time estimates from Normal?

@slpymnky I am also with USSFCU, my truck is supposedly at the service center doing PDI, I have submitted all my docs. All Rivian really wants is the FedEx tracking number and a picture of the front of the check.

I talked to a guide today and he told me that my car should arrive in WA by end of the week and with the 4-5 days for inspection post arrival, delivery might be around 10-11 August.

I texted my guide Friday about the second "Your car is ready to leave the factory" email and he responded today saying (1) that was a system error and my car was on the way - that it should be here in 2 weeks or less and (2) asked me to upload my current car's proof of insurance. I am hoping the fact that they're looking at my docs means I'm that much closer.

I was also able to secure a loan with USSFCU at 5.24% - just want to make sure I can get them to mail out the check in time. Hoping my car gets here this week as I'm out of town next weekend.

Nice. I had opted for Rivian's financing (6.99). Do you think they will allow me to swap out financing with USSFCU?

Was given shop access on 7/25, and selected a vehicle (R1T) matching my configuration on 7/26. Status has been sitting on "Delivery scheduling opens soon", and speaking with my guide last week he stated vehicle was still in Normal and to check back with him next week for an update.

following up here. my car ended up arriving at the SC on sunday, two days after that system error. i’m picking up on friday!

For reference, I got the 'leaving the factory' email on 7/11 and still no indication that it's arrived at the Denver SC

Just had the SC reach out to schedule delivery! The first available date provided was 8/8 and I grabbed the first time slot.

I wonder if QC is driving the delivery date or if it’s backlog of deliveries needing to happen. In any case, next Tuesday can’t come soon enough!

I think we are in the same shipment, if you are picking up in Bellevue. I got the email it shipped on 7/28 then a text from the Bellevue SC on 7/31 saying it shipped and they would reach out when it was ready to be picked up. My guide doesn't respond, but the SC told me mid August arrival then a few days for inspection.

I've got the same shipment date (emails and text from Bellevue SC) but my guide (Zita who has only responded when I reach out but never initiated) told me its scheduled to arrive the 4th week of August.

It took a couple days to get my R1S shipped from Normal to the Bay Area, and they were able to prep it at the service center in 2 days because I needed to pick it up before going on a vacation. It can be pretty quick if they don't find any major issues to fix.
