Additional RAN locations on map from R2/R3/R3X reveal event

During today's R2/R3/R3X reveal event, at around 10:56, RJ discussed the Rivian Adventure Network:



Just afterwards, on the map presented on screen behind him, there appear to be a large number of as-yet unannounced/not previously proposed RAN sites beyond what's currently shown on the Rivian website (https://rivian.com/experience/charging).

While I'm thankful for the additional support across the Canadian Rockies from Calgary (looks like Canmore, Golden, and beyond to the BC interior and down the Coquihalla), this corridor is already quite well served by other networks, as is the lonely spot in Edmonton, and the corridor from SW Ontario through to New Brunswick.

While I'd have liked to see more support in the Northern reaches of the provinces in more out of the way spots, anything is welcome, really.

Awesomeness, I agree. It is also Interesting that the Dakotas only have RAN points on the interstates, but MN actually gets some truly, “in the wilderness.” I’m all for it.

Unless, I’m mistaken, RJ revealed Rivian’s plans for the RAN buildout along with the new R-series vehicles. This map was displayed behind RJ during his speech.

I have not seen this particular map anywhere on Rivian’s website. The Map page currently on the Charging page displays far less charging stations already built out or planned. This map is good news for my area in the. Florida Panhandle that really suffers from a lack of proper charging infrastructure.

Was wondering what was weird about that map. Actual positions of the chargers are like the center of the pin and not the bottom.

I have not seen this particular map anywhere on Rivian’s website

I haven't compared them in detail yet, but to me this looks exactly like the master plan of RAN locations that has been around since 2021.

Make sure you select the layer containing the original plan.

This is just confirmation that the master plan hasn't changed.
