Literally almost every day. It’s one of my favorite things about the R1T.

I almost never use it on my R1S.

Almost never. Outside of keeping some emergency items in there (and some toys for my son).

With the 3rd row being folded down in the R1S 90% of the time, there is more than enough room. Last time I used it was when we took our dog (which took up the entire rear of the vehicle) up the coast of CA on a trip.

Groceries, so at least once a week. But I also keep charging adapters, bungee cords & rachet straps in there, so I'm in and out of it all the time.

Rare but not because I don't like it. It's just that it's not convenient due to majority of parking situations. And some parking lots here in SoCal are too small to even open doors.

I have an R1T so I have less usable space that is weather sealed than an R1S, and use it about once or twice a week. If I had an R1S or R2 I would use the rear hatch more.

Still love the frunk, I think it being unpowered on the R2 is fine since it soft closes on its own.

I bet those with T's are using much more than those with S's.

No longer own an R1, but when I did, it was my default for storage. We own a Model Y now and still applies. When we get the R2, ditto. We pull front first into our garage and I back into parking spots. The frunk makes more sense to put things in then circle out back. To me, for an EV, it is a must. I will fight anyone on that hill.

We keep our stroller and our charging adapters in the trunk, so we use it pretty regularly.

I’ll use it some other way once kid #4 doesn’t need a stroller.

It is my wife's favorite feature on R1S. I'm told when the day comes to replace it, it must have frunk!

A month ago, we ran into R2 in a Trader Joe's parking lot with the mfg plate, and when the driver showed up, he offered to let us see it up close. The very first words out of my wife as "can I see the frunk?"

I like using the frunk on my R1S since it's easy to organize and hide grab and go items that I frequently use like reusable grocery bags, hats, charge adapters and bungee cords. I did not like how hard it was to close the frunk on the R2 and noticed many scratches on the hood of the demo model. I would have to put PPF on the R2 hood if I got one.

Wonder what the split is on R1T vs R1S usage. I'm in the gear tunnel and front trunk almost daily. I also have an R1T and no bed cover, so it's my only "dry storage". If I had an R1S (much like my old Q7or Yukon) I doubt I would use the front trunk much at all.

I keep two full golf bags, shoes, etc (and LOTS of extra balls) in my Frunk. So great not having to use up the trunk area for this.
