Poll: Does your tonneau cover work?

Not sure where else to throw this question…

For those with a broken tonneau, does it always get stuck half open when it breaks? Mine won’t close right now, but it’s not stuck. It will start to close and 1-2 slats will come out and then it stops and retracts. Wondering if this is a software issue or a hardware issue.

Have you reset the calibration? The steps to do it are in the manual.

I accepted my R1T with the cover locked in the open position. So, yeah, mine's broken.

Mine has broken twice now, and it's always been from the leading edge getting wedged diagonally across the rails. There are probably other ways that they have failed

Same I have a ticket in for locked closed though.

Mine works, made a terrible noise a few times closing. Told the SC and they cleaned it out, and it’s been fine ever since. Going to get that dry lubricant and apply tomorrow. I go out of my way to NOT use it, unless absolutely necessary.
