There seems to be an issue with the R1Shop (specifically the R1S)
I have spent over a month looking everyday even multiple different times of the day and have pulled exactly 0 results.
My rep said it maybe because of my configuration that it’s not displaying any results based on those.
We went ahead and changed our configuration to Max pack (he suggested it’s a more common configuration) but still 0 results.
Not to mention I get several emails a week from Rivian trying to get me to shop the R1 shop for a faster delivery.
I have been in the R1T shop ( before my R1T delivery) and I purchased one from there that was slightly different than my original.
Not sure if having access to both matters. I just refuse to believe there are 0 R1S near me when I know in Colorado there are tons.
Anyone else have this issue.
