No Rivians showing up in R1 Shop?

There seems to be an issue with the R1Shop (specifically the R1S)

I have spent over a month looking everyday even multiple different times of the day and have pulled exactly 0 results.

My rep said it maybe because of my configuration that it’s not displaying any results based on those.

We went ahead and changed our configuration to Max pack (he suggested it’s a more common configuration) but still 0 results.

Not to mention I get several emails a week from Rivian trying to get me to shop the R1 shop for a faster delivery.

I have been in the R1T shop ( before my R1T delivery) and I purchased one from there that was slightly different than my original.

Not sure if having access to both matters. I just refuse to believe there are 0 R1S near me when I know in Colorado there are tons.

Anyone else have this issue.

There is no chance to apply any filters.. just goes straight to .. come back later

Hard to believe with how many Rivian’s there are in Colorado And Utah that there is not a single vehicle available…. 1n 6 weeks

I'm in central Illinois and see 195 R1S's in the R1 Shop this evening.
19 dual-motor max packs.
7 performance dual-motor max packs.
1 dual-motor large battery.
12 performance dual-motor large battery.
146 Adventure Pkg quads.
10 Launch Edition quads.

Based on forum comments in the past, I thought that inventory at the factory was visible to everyone with shop access. The "rules" seemed to change at the end of the 2nd and 3rd quarters -- Rivian only allowed you to see inventory at the nearest service center (vehicles which could be delivered by the end of the quarter).

Aside from R1T vs R1S, I don't recall seeing comments on the forums about your preorder configuration affecting which inventory you see in the R1 Shop.

When I was In the shop, some folks with 2022 orders did not see any SUV inventory. My pre-order was from 2021.

Seems like it was on purpose based on when the original order was placed.

@Byulasfjazz I have exact same issue as you mentioned. I have shop access and have locked my config but never see any R1S in the shop. No option to filter as well. Rivian sales and guide are able to see availability in my area so definitely a software issue. Even after complaining many times they are not helping me fix this.

\Pre order May 2021 ... Rep says it looks to be an issue on Rivians end. Luckily I just got my steps done.. couple weeks till delivery.
