I think it’s best just to wait it out.Same thing here in SF Bay Area approx 7:00 am this morning lost connection on my way to work. Soft and hard reset no help. Been on hold with service for 45 minutes now
Curious what the issue could be. I show bars on the cell indicator in the truck but internet not working. Tesla is connecting fine, does not seem like a hardware issue more like a login/connectivity issue.UPDATE
I just spoke with Roadside Assistance. Was told there was a connectivity issue stemming from AT&T affecting multiple vehicles. Once resolved they will check in with me to verify fixed.

I was just on a chat with service, they say it is ATT but has to be Rivian/ATT issue because our Tesla is working fine.Thanks for this. I was wondering what was going on!
