No cell, wifi, hotspot or GPS.

Software reset didn’t work.

Called Rivian and vehicle restart didn’t restart the vehicle. Advised to wait through sleep cycle and try again.

Anyone have similar experience?

Try full reset. If it won’t then definitely TMC

Are you still having this issue? I had an issue with my wifi, cell and hotspot connectivity for about 30 minutes to an hour earlier today, but noticed that my cell phone was also struggling, so I wonder if there was something going on with ATT around this area.

UPDATE

I just spoke with Roadside Assistance. Was told there was a connectivity issue stemming from AT&T affecting multiple vehicles. Once resolved they will check in with me to verify fixed.

Same thing here in SF Bay Area approx 7:00 am this morning lost connection on my way to work. Soft and hard reset no help. Been on hold with service for 45 minutes now

I think it’s best just to wait it out.

Truck is drivable and we can use phone for all these features.

Curious what the issue could be. I show bars on the cell indicator in the truck but internet not working. Tesla is connecting fine, does not seem like a hardware issue more like a login/connectivity issue.

They need to allow us to connect to a Wi-Fi hotspot while driving. Tesla made that change for the Model S a few years ago.

Thanks for this. I was wondering what was going on!
I was just on a chat with service, they say it is ATT but has to be Rivian/ATT issue because our Tesla is working fine.

They did not have insight on the issue and no ETA, I told them they should send out a notification to the owners about the issue.

Same issue here, to add a data point. Noticed it this morning and still not connectivity as of this afternoon. AT&T on my phone is fine, so this must be a Rivian/ATT issue.

I had this issue Friday. Resolved itself Saturday. Sacramento area.
