Rivian vehicle always uploads telemetry for whatever reason. I agree, seems unreasonable that we pay for energy that is used by Rivian to collect our and our truck data, to presumably improve their products. I'm not being compensated for this service I provide... -
Vampire drain - what's the latest battery % loss people are getting?
I updated to 2024.11.02 last week and noticed consistent increase in vampire drain. What used to be ~1% daily loss, now become 2-3% daily. Anyone else have noticed this? -

I would recommend DC-DC converter as well, Renogy is a good choice, company been around for a while. Edit: unless you want to back-feed into the Rivian 12volt system to reduce vampire drain, lol jk don't do that.- IGR

I would advise against LiFePO4 (LFP) chemistry if you live in area where temperature drops frequently below freezing. It will severely shorten its lifespan, and may actually fail sooner than regular SLA battery. A better choice would be LiFeYPO4 which good down to -45 degrees. I had a...- IGR

There is another way to open front trunk if battery is dead: I am pretty sure this will sound the alarm if someone tries this maliciously, but I don't keeps anything valuable in there because of this anyways.- IGR

Poor Bluetooth Connection when shifting to Park
I have the same issue, when I brought car for service within first month of ownership, I was told nothing is wrong. Additionally to shifting in park, I get same dropouts when I receive notifications on my phone.- IGR

Try putting into lowest suspension level. And, If you are on bad surface the computer will limit output to prevent wheelspin.- IGR
