Understood. I was responding to the post that insinuated that the seats would also be directed down and out of the vehicle in the event of a crash. In the main tear down videos, they would actually purchase a vehicle, test the vehicle as a whole, then tear it down to its nuts and bolts. They may still do that, but it's definitely costly.I hope there will be an other video showing the internal of the battery pack and the transmission module. So far it was half an hour video talking in front of a full assembled battery.

It's a similar cooling strategy to Teslas this time around, instead of 2 layers of batteries, with a cooling plate between carrying I believe a proprietary solution on the R1 (ethylene glycol) they went with a single battery layer, and ribbon style cooling loops along the sides of the cells in R2.They mentioned it in passing, the pack is glycol cooled.
