How sad is it that 6 months into production Rivian's official social media account has to make a joke about the existence of a color it had offered as a choice since Nov. 2020?

Great, we have a real picture. I don't think the post is cute though... for me it underscores the ineptness of Rivian Comms and the bad experience the last 21 days have been.

That first picture is dope. In the lineup side view it's a little lighter than I was hoping for, but not bad. Still a contender. GW or Limestone...hmmm.

thats one way to look at it. Another way Is that they are acknowledging that they listen to customers and they are making a self deprecating joke about how they have botched the rollout on this color.

From a marketing perspective, it’s well done.

Personally, I'm waiting until we have a collective fit about the color of the standby light on the camp speaker.

Too late…RJ in an interview with Sandy Munro spoke about the camp speaker being able to display ANY color…just waiting on another OTA update!
