I only do it on ramps when I see some asshole right lane driver trying to speed up so I don't merge in front of him/her, and even in that situation, it doesn't take much to torch 'em. Otherwise, I keep it in my pants.

I think it was a modified M4. I ran like 20 times do not remember all of them.

It's more fun to get friends in the driver seat and let them launch it. Some guys are like, "I need to respect another person's rig" but after a few launch from zero they do the full throttle. Best one was my sister-in-law that squeeled and giggle so hard she peed herself. I like taking the local dirt track racers out and launching, then letting them do it. I quit racing in my 30s but these guys are die hards and get a kick out of the electric motors. They tease me that I need to get loud speaker audio of their aspirated racers because the launch is so silent, but they love the power of my rig. PS no discount on my insurance, I've launched so many times.

I launch it every time is safe to do so (especially when I have guest's or questions )! Whats the point having all that power if you cant or want use it?!?

I had my exchange student from 20 years ago in my R1T. I asked him if he was willing to launch. He said yes, we launched in Sport Mode. He wanted to do it again, so we did. He said, I didn’t know that EV’s had that much power & torque. I told him a Rivian 4 motor does!
