The thinking was I'd buy it and then sell it shortly afterward. I know that reservations are not transferable.R2 reservations are not transferrable. Best you can do is to get your money back.

There very well may be if you can snag a launch edition, depending on how many they makeThe thinking was I'd buy it and then sell it shortly afterward. I know that reservations are not transferable.
Definitely getting an R2, not sure if we'll keep our T as well. The R2 fits our needs better but I like having a truck too.I keep considering trading in my Gen 1 R1S for a R2. My main reason is because I do not need a 3 row SUV.
That’s only partially true….you can buy and then sell at a high price immediately so long as the market allows for it and it’s worth the PITA to do it….R2 reservations are not transferrable. Best you can do is to get your money back.
Similar situation here; I'm not sure I'm ready to give up truck features, and that amazing air suspension, but the operable rear window convinced me to put in a day 2 reservation. I won't be purchasing it sight unseen because I'm already driving a truck I love, but it's compelling enough that I will test drive it when they have R2s in the showroom.Aside from perhaps autonomy, it would be a step down in capability at an additional cost. (And not the pickup I need.)
Have the rez in case my wife or a family member wants to make the jump, but it looks like no takers at this point.
