I went by the supposed location a couple months ago and could not find any noticeable activity, but when I did my R1S First Mile on February 3rd the guide said that the site was DCFC cabinet ready, but I have not had time to go over there and confirm that though.

The Google Map dot from this thread doesn't seem to match up with the drawings.

The only place in the Clackamas Town Center parking lot I can find that matches the "existing conditions" drawing in the county paperwork is right next to the Residence Inn that just completed construction last year. I wonder if that means they'll get ICEd by hotel guests often?

Also, no towing pull-through spot? Boo. (Madras and Lincoln City both have good towing accessibility.)

According to approved permit site plan, there is an EV Trailer pull through spot planned at this location:

I thought it was going next to REI. You think it's in Residence Inn parking lot?

Based on the permit application and the google maps, I'm thinking this is where the station is going.

I drove by about a week ago and the chargers are not yet installed - it's been that way for about a month or two when I first learned of this location and made an initial drive by. Stalls are painted and looks like they just need to install the chargers. The entrance to that drive aisle at the opposite end near the mall is pretty narrrow (as is the actual drive through parking spot) - I can't imagine getting anything bigger than a small single axle utility trailer in/out. I'm in the area about once every week or two so I'll try to update if I see some activity.

Yep. Main HV cabinets in place, but no dispensers. They even have the poles that the "Rivian Charging Only" signs will go on, without the signs. And "EV TRAILER PARKING ONLY" stenciled on the pull-through spot. It could be tricky pulling a trailer out, but I think if you angle directly out into the "road" rather than trying to turn down the aisle it officially exits in, (or heaven forbid try to back up) it should be doable. The sidewalk on the "road" side opposite has a long ramp section you could easily just drive over.

The annoying part would be getting *TO* it, as I realized that the aisle is one-way the "wrong" way from the place the freeway exit dumps you, so you do have to go a bit past it and turn around somewhat sharply to come back to it.
