On the plus side, they replaced my tailgate trim under warranty and seems they've updated the piece. It's now a tacky/rubberized front section, seems nicer.

I just got my truck back from the Portland Service Center this afternoon. I had reported the suspension problem to Rivian on May 18th. After they expedited my appointment, I took the truck to the SC on May 19th.

On the Work Order it states:

Cause- confirmed customer concern. front left was visibly sagging upon ingress to service center. checked leak rates and found the front left has a leak rate of 120, which is considered a fast leak. checked for visible leaks at the top of the damper and on the air line with a bubble solution; found nothing. checked the valve block at the rear of the vehicle and found no leaks there. it appears the front dampers are both the old style of damper. recommend retrofitting both the front dampers to the newer style and updating the jounce lines to the newer style as well

Correction/Remedy- Dampers, Front, LH/RH (Retrofit)- Air Suspension General Diagnostic- Air Suspension Other Labor (0.5 Hours)- Air Suspension Other Labor (1 Hour)- Lines, Jounce, Hydraulic Suspension, Front, LH (Remove and Replace)- Lines, Jounce, Hydraulic Suspension, Front, RH (Remove and Replace)- Test Drive, 30 Minute

My front suspension was fixed by Rivian on time, as promised, and covered under warranty.

Ah so one side more severe than the other. With my mid-year '23 I told Lake Forest, CA the entire front end drops over a few days. Showed them picture, but didn't take measurement or do the tape. They wrote up work order for shock replacement, kept the truck overnight and ruled that it was "normal". I asked to what extend would "abnormal" be, they said listing to one side. But said to revisit issue once vehicle is due for next comprehensive inspection. That next time, I am going to enter into evidence the 24-hour tape exercise and actual ruler measurements.

Nice, never seen a mention of leak rate on mine. Curious what that is? Also sounds like yours was a single corner too?
