Because it's laid out the same as all the other ones and there is zero incentive for @Ripped to make it up?

Wasn’t questioning Ripped’s legitimacy, just seeing if they actually said it was a Rivian service centre.

Someone knew someone to have that inside track. I know where that bldg is and there’s absolutely nothing in permits or signage that says Rivian. Again, I whole heartedly believe Ripped but someone has the inside scoop on it.

I can 100% confirm. I found some publicly available documents that have Rivian as the lease-holder at this location in Richmond. Took a few minutes of searching but it's definitely a Rivian service center.

Edit: To clarify - it's not a building permit or such that I found. It's from the most recent quarterly "office market" reports sent out. The last two quarterly reports explicitly call out Rivian as a 'significant suburban transaction' with the address listed.

@Ripped Did a few minutes of Google Map work and located it. While perfectly situated considering the "Stores" around it, I wonder how many vehicles they'll be able to store on site given the lots configuration.

But there *could* be vehicles onsite. Don't know until you go!

I was there on Friday and didn't see any vehicles of interest to us on site. It's moving along nicely but no identifiable signage or chargers out front yet. The rough-ins are there and they now have a functioning rear garage door.

So I did a quick drive by on my way to my parents to get a nice brisket ready for Thanksgiving. From what I could tell the chargers appear to be installed out front! I couldn't grab any pictures while driving, so I'll do a full check on it tomorrow.
