I agree, has anyone received a guide yet? I'm going to stop by later this week to see what's happening there. When I stopped by last they appeared to be installing charger stations in the back parking lot as well.

Just swung by this morning. Yup, looks like another 5 chargers out back plus the 3 in front. Doesn’t look like long now!

Did a quick drive by yesterday and they are doing a final pressure wash of the parking area. Inside they had the Red R1T on the lift and it appeared they had a bunch of people being trained inside. It is definitely getting close now.

I made a personal pilgrimage to the holy land… it was a bit underwhelming. Somewhat nondescript on the outside. Even the chargers were just a box in a stick?

there was no construction equipment or materials outside. The outside glass was reflective so I couldn’t take pics but if looks pretty much the same inside as what was already posted earlier. No red R1T in sight. The only people inside was a janitorial crew. To my untrained eye the place looked ready to open. I was told by a "friend of a friend" who supposedly works there, that they just had a soft opening.

Some staff there, and two Rivians R1T's inside looked like Launch Green and Canyon Red. Assuming they are employee owned, as there were fresh tire marks going into the garage.

Also, nice area they chose. I like the layout and feel of the surrounding complexes.

As of last week when I went, there was no signage. The business park directory only shows the unit number with no company name.

i also forgot to mention the back of the building has a above ground loading dock and a roller door similar to the one shown in front. Because of this there is a large steel ramp from ground level to get up to it...

Yeah - those signs look like the ones used at US service centers when they had a number of R1 vehicles in the lot and they were denoting which ones were in what phase of prep for delivery.

The worst part, was as I was driving away, I triggered the automatic garage door there and it started to roll up. 49% of me was tempted to back right inside... Stupid 51% sensible Adam.

If you look at the Google street view, that whole ramp and roll up door are brand new, they added them in so they must have been working on this building for a lot longer than was revealed on here...
