Sorry about the condition of the interior surfaces. That does suck.

I have put in a request for information on the battery I received and I'll see what I'm able to extract from Rivian. It could very well be a battery, as I said in my OP, that is brand new that just didn't pass original QC. This could go either way.
I'd be really interested in (i) whether you are provided any useful data, and (ii) if so, what you learn. Hope you'll share.

As far as new vs reman pack you don't really have a leg to stand on there so long as Rivian is honoring the initial warranty period. It's a really long time, so at this point your pack is still within the bulk of its warranty. There is no issue with getting a factory certified part IMO. Some of your "dirty" pictures are pretty nit picky as well. A little dust on the floor mats and the side? Come on man that's pretty minor stuff. The seats should have been covered but the floor mats and stuff are supposed to get dirty. Personally I'd rather have that than a bunch of protectors that I have to remove and throw away after service.

Do you check your passenger's shoes too when they get in the car? Its a car, it gets dirty. Get over it.

The dirty is annoying, but more importantly indicative of a larger problem of the SCs being overworked. If they don't have the staff to clean the vehicles, where else are they cutting corners?

The cross threaded bolt... just left proud like that? Yeah, no, not acceptable. What did the SC say / do when you brought it to their attention? Agreed with others that said that's not a warm fuzzy about other important steps in the repair process being improperly done.

It's issues like these that have kept me in "wait and see" mode about buying a Rivian. Overall quality control and especially SCs need to improve before they're getting my money.

What did the SC say / do when you brought it to their attention?
I sent pictures in a text to the SC Manager and thus far have been ghosted. That really pissed me off, so I filed a new repair order just for the bolt. I then called in to service and asked them if they could just mail me a new bolt. The phone queue people can't make those decisions so I was told that a callback to the local SC was put in and they would have to send one to me if they so elect. I haven't heard from them all day, so we'll see if this turns into a game or if they'll just own up to it.
