molle panels are versatile indeedThe upcoming Molle panels from BuiltRight will have more versatility.
I found this one. Seems like the top lip is angled down and might clear the tonneau coverThere's not many chock choices that I found as the L track sits so high.
I'm about to do this as well. I checked for 48" standard L Track, there are 10 mounting points, each are 5inch apart. The bed mount points are 325mm and 490mm away from each other, which is not really a multiply of 5inch? I counted the holes in your picture and there are more than 10 points? Did you have to drill the L track too? Here's what I measured for the bed wall
Yes, you'll need to drill holes in the L track. The 5" spacing is not compatible with the Rivian holes except for one hole at the end of the 48" L track. I also had to countersink the newly drilled holes.I'm about to do this as well. I checked for 48" standard L Track, there are 10 mounting points, each are 5inch apart. The owner has a prototype on his truck and is just gauging demand to enter production. Should have news soon, but I'd guess they are ready for purchase within the next month or two.Ok and dtg for arrival of said Molle panels?
Thanks for posting this, I wouldn't have known about the CCR System otherwise but after seeing your setup I ordered and installed one as well. I'm very happy with it, it's nicely made, installed easily enough and looks so good that people who see it assume that it's a factory option with the truck. Here is my setup. Went with a CCR hybrid system . . .
I will be doing something like this for my mtb. However, I will be flipping it around, so that the fork mount can be easily accessed from the tailgate area.Installed a DIY bedrail using some T-slot extrusion to make a fork mount bike rack. It fits my XL frame 29er MTB if I angle it a bit, with the tail gate closed even. Used a simple fork mount. Just need to come up with a clever way to secure the front wheel in transit so I don't have to store it in the cab. I used the existing lower bed fasteners, so it's fully reversible if I ever want to take it out, but low profile enough to always leave in the bed. I like that it keeps my bike low in the bed so I can pull into the garage and keeps the bike mostly out of the air stream while driving.
Bonus, the extrusion gives me a flexible option to add additional tie downs or other mounts as needed.
Is that a Stepramp? All of those upper bolts are just into the panel holding the tonneau cover correct? Nothing structural? Thanks for posting this, I wouldn't have known about the CCR System otherwise but after seeing your setup I ordered and installed one as well. Yeah, it's a step ramp which is great, very highly recommended! Is that a Stepramp? All of those upper bolts are just into the panel holding the tonneau cover correct? Nothing structural?
