What is the All-Electric Upgrade Offer?
From October 31 through November 30, 2024, customers in the US and Canada can earn $3,000 USD / $4,100 CAD when ordering a new 2025 R1S or R1T Dual or Tri from R1 Shop. All you need to do is provide proof of ownership or lease of a hybrid or gas-powered vehicle after placing your order.
To get started, shop available configurations or get a trade-in estimate.
Delivery must occur by December 31, 2024 to qualify. Dual Standard configurations and custom builds are excluded from this offer.

Offer: For eligible purchasers or lessees of Rivian vehicles who currently own or lease a hybrid or internal combustion engine (“ICE”) vehicle, Rivian will provide a $3,000 discount toward the purchase or lease of a new qualifying Rivian vehicle. No trade in is required to qualify for this offer.
Purchaser/lessee eligibility: This offer is open only to residents of the United States or Canada who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence and who provide verification of current ownership or lease of a hybrid or ICE vehicle when purchasing a qualifying new Rivian vehicle. Trade-in of an ICE/hybrid vehicle is not required but is available.
Rivian vehicle discount and eligible configurations: Eligible purchasers/lessees who qualify under these rules will receive a $3,000/$4,100 CAD discount when ordering a new 2025 R1S or R1T Dual or Tri from Rivian’s online Shop. Any custom build, Demo, Pre-owned vehicle, and all other Rivian models, including Dual Standard configurations are excluded from this offer. Discount will be applied as part of your Rivian new vehicle transaction. Discount is applied to the MSRP of the order. Discount applies to leasing, financing or cash purchase.
Offer period: To qualify for this offer, qualifying purchasers/lessees must place a qualifying order in Rivian’s online Shop between October 31 and November 30, 2024 and take delivery of their new Rivian vehicle on or before December 31, 2024.
Additional Conditions: This offer is limited to one (1) offer discount per qualifying Rivian vehicle purchase or lease transaction. Purchaser/lessee must provide a copy of their current vehicle registration or proof of insurance for their hybrid or ICE vehicle. Only those listed as a buyer/owner on the applicable ownership/lease documentation may obtain this offer, and this offer is not transferable. No discounts or credits will be offered for alternatives.
