I finally got the new Toyo open country AT3 tires mounted in the factory size. It’s been quite an adventure as the discount tire ordered them about eight weeks ago and, despite stopping in twice to check on them, didn’t have an update. Finally last week they called me to tell me they gotten them in about three weeks prior and because it been so long they lost track of who ordered them. they had to go into their database of customers in the area with Rivians to call each of them individually to see if they had ordered the tires.

My Pirellis were right at 3/64 so the timing could not have been more perfect. First thought was dang those tires look big when they rolled them out to mount. They used the pucks as required, but I will say that the R1S kicked the two employees backsides has they jacked it up and changed the tires.

I drove it home from the discount tire in Savannah, which is over 100 miles. First impressions were that they were way more quiet, but my other tires were at end of life. Second was I was averaging 2.23 in all purpose mode for the trip and that’s what I usually average in conserve mode . We shall see..

Did you get the LT variant or the 116? I can't quite make out the load rating in your photo.

From the picture, I can just make out the EV above the ATIII, so they're the 116s.

Lol, this is why I was asking. I thought I saw a 126 at the bottom, but very low confidence. ?
Now I'm laughing too ...

But do I need glasses? This mystery must be solved.

I see “Load rating E” near the top so they have to be the LT.

SL version is not out yet. A forum member called Toyo and was told to check back later in December. SL Nitto Terra Grappler G3 (same company) projected to release around same window.

I'll wait for the non LT version. Don't need the extra weight and load carrying capacity of LT version. Hopefully it is also a little cheaper.

Their website seems to list it as available anymore. Or maybe they just changed their list. I know they used to have a list of all planned sizes and what's available.
