Well, that makes for an interesting conversation. I think that those are scares I would wear proudly. Even though it’s the same end result, it doesn’t feel the same as if someone would have keyed the truck.

I am glad I can laugh about how absurd it is. I've damaged my truck in other places and those scars aren't so funny.

How did the conversation with insurance go? A few years ago the mrs sent me to the store get a pie crust on Christmas Eve. I was driving back and right around the corner from the house when I saw a dog running on the road. It had got off its leash and the owner was chasing it. I stopped the car and the dog crossed the street and decided to walk up to my car and jump on the bonnet/hood which was very light. The dog sat there until the owners got it. I was glad the dog was ok but it left a good bit of damage. Insurance company laughed when they heard the story.

Sorry to see the damage! When I was a kid we had two horses. One of them had a cribbing compulsion, which is what this looks looks like.
