Hah! But, technically, a wind turbine is the opposite of a fan. A fan consumes energy to accelerate air, but a turbine decelerates the air to produce energy.

Can’t speak for every vehicle but mine was at 99% when I drove off the factory lot.

They do a 100% charge before delivery. I suppose I have no idea if they are running all of them to 100% before they leave the factory but a lot of transport companies won't accept a vehicle unless it's below a certain threshold.
