What does Rivian offer during long term repairs

Since the parts for my repair seems to be not in Rivian's hands with another supplier, I may be out of a vehicle for over a month. I didn't get a loaner or anything. Nothing but daily apologizing for delay.

I had some furniture to pick up over a week ago. I had other truck stuff to do. WTF

Is this normal for them?

If you are under warranty, you should get a loaner from Rivian or Enterprise. I've gotten Lucids, BMW i4s, and a Tesla Model 3. They will also offer Uber credits.

I should ask to have my hand controls switched over to a loaner. If it was a couple weeks, I can make due. But this is ridiculous now.

When mine was in long term I got a rental with the agreement that when one of the loaner R1's came back that it I could bring the rental back and get it instead.. But I think that that will vary from SC to SC.

The bummer was that they do stuff epoxy in the hitch receiver so you can't tow (at least at the one in Ontario, Canada)

I was given a loaner while they work on my T, this week. I am at the Chelsea, MA SC.

In the past it was loaners or enterprise for me.
last week they gave me $300 uber voucher. It was great since I was only in for the day (replacement of windshield (insurance paid for it)) Although you can’t tip the driver with the voucher.

I've had loaners for over a month, but it was in "the other CA" (California). I haven't ever gotten one with epoxy or other physical or other towing restrictions.

While in for warranty repair we have always been given a loaner R1 or a rental from Enterprise. Our last repair was just a little over a week and we had an R1S loaner. Talk to your SC and they'll get you taken care of.
