2026.07 Software Update notes - features & fixes coming

It usually takes some time before the sleep cycle adjusts. Sometimes after a drive it will adjust as well. Mine is not what it was prior to the update either. Give it time.

Interstingly enough, one of the few things

I had the coolest idea for wipers way back when I was in High School: put the squirters on the wiper arms! That way, the whole windshield gets wet instead of just two spots.

Then, just a few years later, GM actually did it on a few models. Don't hardly see it anywhere anymore though. I wonder why. Sure there is the issue of the fluid hose getting worn out, but that should be easily replaceable.

Interestingly enough, one of the few things Cybertruk got right. Squirters on the wiper. Lord knows they left enough wiper space for them!

I got the update last night. The improvement in steering wheel shake with AT tires is stunning. I tested my truck up to about 90 this morning and it feels completely solid like I was on perfectly balanced low profile tires. I am super happy about this improvement as it fixed my biggest complaint about running on ATs.

I got the update last night. The improvement in steering wheel shake with AT tires is stunning. I tested my truck up to about 90 this morning and it feels completely solid like I was on perfectly balanced low profile tires. I am super happy about this improvement as it fixed my biggest complaint about running an ATs.

I believe the steering wheel felt tighter to me during my short drive this morning. I will drive a little bit more, but it was a welcome adjustment.

Mild warning to anyone who cares...this update somehow reset my elevation display and I'm not happy about it. I had a range of around 400ft to over 12k ft and after the update both min and max were set to the current elevation and it started re-tracking from there. I did NOT hit the reset button myself.

In other news, Sport with Moderate suspension feels a little less jarring, even though they didn't mention it. My truck has been in Sport : Moderate ever since the 2026.03 update came out opening up Sport w/ Standard ride height. It's been a little more jarring than All-Purpose : Moderate, so I'm wondering if they just equalized it. Hopefully that doesn't mean Sport : Firm has been neutered too.

The microfonts are still present on the efficiency gauge. Wonder why they wouldn't have fixed that one.
