    I appreciate your concern, and also @DucRider. Iā€™ve already requested a refund on my deposit, and am moving on. Iā€™m not sure what Iā€™m going to do, but will definitely be getting an EV. Iā€™ve learned a lot from this forum regarding EVā€™s, and will continue to monitor it. Thank you!

    I was just on the phone with Rivian, and asked whether the tint will change from light to dark. The answer was no, it is one shade, and will not change, and there will be no sliding shade option.

    They called back and determined it was a problem on theyā€™re end with my account. They also had me use Chrome instead of Safari, and it worked. I was able to configure my R1S.

    Iā€™m with Rivian! I think it does make business sense for Ford to add another EV into their lineup, and hopefully will allow more people to get into an electric vehicle.
