Looking for help with Drive Cam. Worked for a few days after our R1S purchase in April with a Crucial x6 1T SSD card. Since then, get no video. I've tried ejecting and re-insalling the card, but still nothing. Anyone have ideas?
Just got the update and was very eager to try the blind spot camera view. It seems too dim to me. Or maybe I'm too dim. Is there any way to brighten it up? I thought it might be dusty cameras, but I got the car washed and it still seems too dark.
Only a few weeks in on R1S dual performance 22 inch wheels but our most important use going to our Colorado mountain cabin (4k feet elevation gain going and 4k loss coming back) we’re getting 2.51
My 3 previous car buys never got the hustle. 2022 Volvo electric pretty low key and got plenty of time to familiarize us with the world of BEV’s. 2007 4 runner and 2003 BMW also low pressure. Maybe I’m spoiled.
Took delivery of my R1S Tuesday. 3%. In 48 hours. Only steps I took was gear guard off and Bluetooth off on my phone and fob in faraday box. I’ll try some other things though 1.5 a day isn’t especially bad.
I don’t necessarily disagree. And I was pretty familiar with the vehicle from reading everything the past two years. But my wife, no. She deserved a solid familiarity tour.

Chatted again with customer service this morning (4/2). Again they promise to have a guide contact me. My guide is on paternity leave, and so I have no regular person. I have reached out repeatedly since Saturday, by phone, text and email, and still no guide responds. Way to go Rivian...
I've tried with both Safari and Chrome. I've tried on my phone. My wife has tried from her desktop logging in as me. No luck at all, same problem with all of those.
Using Safari, but get same problem on Chrome. No VPN, and as far as I know I don't have any ad blockers. From the slow response maybe I have a Rivian Guide Blocker.
If anyone has a solution to this, please post. I'm finishing up the steps, on sign the contract, the next to last step. Website tells me it's taking me to "our contract partner" and then it just grinds and grinds with nothing happening. I've tried emailing, calling and texting the guides, so far...
