Basic question on voucher prigram

Sorry if this is covered elsewhere. Guide told me today vouchers aren’t available to me because I confirmed my configuration (in October). That you can only get the voucher if you haven’t confirmed? Is that correct?

If you "confirmed your configuration" then your pre-order probably isn't old enough to qualify.

This is correct based on how the vouchers work. Vouchers are redeemable in the shop and since you already confirmed your config you can't get a voucher to use in the shop at a later time.
