I was looking at the R1T and thinking about ways to set it up for road trips and it got me thinking about that low floor tray between the driver and passenger seats. I'm trying to find the dimensions to see if I could fit a Dometic CFX3 25 cooler in there and pug it into the 12V underside of the dash.

I've looked over the Owners manual but I can't find anything. Does anyone have access to some specs?

No specs to share, but that seems incredibly tight for that domestic.

Checked with customer service, and… they don’t have that info available but are looking into it.

front trunk is the place.
Very difficult to access front trunk while traveling 70 mph on the freeway.

I think the op is looking for something in the cabin.

@crashmtb that's awesome, thanks for doing that. Did you just send an email?

No, I used the chat function. I also was enquired about the dims of the lower part of the front trunk, to see if my big pelican cooler can be wedged in.

I suggested they park an R1 in the middle of the customer service office and give everyone tape measures ?

The Rivian is not as big a an F-150 so the console is also a bit smaller. I doubt there is room for a powered cooler without removing the console.
I was under no illusion that I could get a cooler into the R1T's center console, I just really, really like the idea of having cold drinks right there on long trips.

@crashmtb, did you ever get a replay from Rivian about the dimensions of that tray?
