Sport Mode Gen 1 Quad is ridiculous

I have not used sport mode in some time since owning my R1S Quad. I had some open road yesterday and launched it. I forgot what a beast this thing is! Holly Ship! Not only was the acceleration mind blowing but in sport mode this 7 thousand pound rocket ship holds its ground pretty well.

I will never do that again!?

Scary fast... I got the chance to ride in one recently and we did a short launch... I compare it to the loss of breath you feel when you jump into freezing water.

I do it is at least once a week on my commute home thru the Willamette Valley. I get a charge passing people like it was nothing.

It still amazes me just how quick our R1S is and when I take the 7,000 pound weight into consideration I am just ?.

I think Rivian did a spectacular job on their first product line as a new company and I love how the software updates keep adding features.

That would be my spouse......I am only allowed about 50% throttle unless a warning is issued prior....

R1T and R1S Quad motor just moves so effortlessly.

I can barely tell I am moving 7000 lbs. around. You can feel the weight when you use conserve mode. I am very pleased with the performance from the Gen 1 quad motors.

The suspension update definitely helped to improve the comfort and handling in sport mode.

Previously I would stay away from Sport lowest firm and Sport low soft. I previously preferred to use Sport / Lowest / Soft. Now I can use both Low / Lowest and toggle between Soft / Firm as needed.
