I tried to make a service appointment for my R1S for a rattling center console left side, excessive roof window noise and lack of wireless charging and they only could come up June 11th which is over 5 months.
I never experienced this with any cars I owned. Rivian, if you are reading this post you are not going to sell many vehicles when buyers find out that if you got a problem with your vehicle you can't get it service in a timely manner. I spent over 100K on this vehicle and I am treated horribly. Great way for a company to go broke is poor service.
