    As long as the chat options are not offered in A, B,or C options limiting the choice, therefore making the pop up useless. Example, A, you want a new R1T, B., you want to schedule a service appt. C., You are very happy. No other choices possible, so the chat fails and no other options...

    They serve the need of today, stop making it later if the demand falls. The vehicles of today are likely 300,000 mile life. As well the making of the two different ends is very minimal. The volume of cables needed that could serve a double purpose is very high.

    Thanks for telling me I am not crazy! To me it is very poor marketing or even hoping that someone will buy the cord only to find they still need the adapter.

    The confusion is in the picture, just left of the large font DC, in the ad there is a CCS graphic. Why? The graphic has in light letters "CCS". If the extension cord has no CCS end on it, why the graphic of and text saying "CCS"?

    So does the extension cord have a Tesla female end on one, and a male CCS on the other so no adapter is needed and the cord is both? If that is the case, you get both for a little bit more.. The cord having adapter integrated is a bulker item, but handy for parking / length issues.

    I was self employed most all of my 48 years of being a professional. I worked most holidays, including weekends and after hours. I succeeded, therefore I can afford a Rivian. The buck stopped at me, I delivered, I see Rivian working to that end too.

    Actually, no, I bought used, zero troubles. I have just been "experienced" as Jimi Hendrix asked. "Not necessarily stoned, but beautiful". The song "Third Stone from the sun" keeps me with a better perspective...
