How often do you have to reset your Rivian wall charger?

Every so often (3-4 times in last 6mo, but twice in the last 3wks), my wall charger stops working. I get the red ring of charging failure. If I reset my charger (flip the breaker and re-add) then it starts charging again. This is my 2nd charger as my first shit the bed completely. Rivian charging support was a nightmare so I've held off opening a ticket. It's infrequent enough that I've just been dealing with resetting it every so often.

Where would I see the error codes? It has no problem reconnecting to WiFi after the reset.

In earlier updates I had a couple of times but those issues seem to be resolved in newer versions.

That said...mine did a self reset the other day while driving...which was odd....but not a big deal.

Just had to reset it after ~3 months. I have a friend who got his before me and I was warned about this problem. Hopefully this is my only reset. But it just stopped charging and prompted me to re-pair the wall charger.

I've had mine since November 2022. First time I "reset" my Rivian charger was last week, so a little over a year since it was installed. I noticed about a week or two prior my Rivian app said the charger was unavailable. I didn't think too much about it at the time, until I needed to charge a few days/weeks later. I tried the portable charger for the first time, probably should have as soon as I got it, and it worked. So I cycled the breaker(s) with my charger, and it worked after that. I normally charge at work for free, I probably use my Rivian charger at home about 2-3 times a month.

Mine was crashing and requiring a circuit breaker flip about once a week to get it going again.

Eventually I got fed up and took the faceplate off, looked around, and then put the faceplate back on without finding anything obviously wrong. And somehow that seems to have fixed it.

That was 2 months ago and since then it has only crashed once and that was immediately after a router software update so I assume that crash was caused by the WiFi misbehaving.
