They are at a Tesla Supercharger. You can see part of the stall on the right side of the photo. I wonder if Rivian owner thought they could charge at a Tesla SC (that did not have Magic Dock) and ended up getting stranded there.

I would be happy if a beefy DC to AC inverter existed that could plug into the charging port (with a NEMA14-50 outlet, and higher current 120V outlets)
