What are the differences between Gen 1 and Gen2? Looks like the rubber base and perhaps the countersink on the bottom?
Other than wanting the latest and greatest, what are the considerations for 'upgrading' to Gen2 if you already have Gen1?
1. Grip Tech Rubber Cap with 48 highly tactile contact points. This provides incredible grip, especially on flat metal surfaces. We also sell these separately for those that have Gen 1 pucks.
2. Bottle Jack Port. We designed this puck to offer the ability to insert the top hat of a hydraulic bottle jack, making road side repairs far simpler. We accomplish this with a CNC machined port in the bottom of the pucks.
