Tellingly, At the bottom of the Rivian page, where products are listed again, they only show the rgjlar versions, not the EV ones mentioned at the top of the page
Looks like they've updated the landing page. www.nokiantires.com/rivian

Nokians outperformed Pirelli in this Rivian comparison test:

Note that Nokian has Russian manufacturing facilities that they intend to migrate elsewhere given global conflicts.
My Hakka R5's are stamped made in Finland.

I bought a set of Outpost ATs in the 275/60R20 size. These will be my winter/off-road setup to replace the 21s. Just waiting for my wheels to get coated, and then I can mount them up.
How did these turn out for you? I'm getting a set of 20s from EVsportline and looking at tire options. These are the top of my list (though I think I'll go with 275/65/20)

They worked well for me, though we had a very mild winter, so I never got to try them in the snow (only a couple inches), and some light fire road use. I have switched back the 21s for our summer trips. The Nokian Outpost/RAM wheel combination was hitting me with about 22% higher consumption.

So I am looking for winter tires for the upcoming season and the LT3's were the ones I thought I was looking for, as far as what I had been reading on the various Rivian places. But it sounds from this thread that the R5's are the go to Nokian's?

Was that loss just running the outpost ATs in the winter? Getting my R1S later this month, with 20s. Would like a year round 3MSP tire.

Have been running hakkas with seasonal swap on my Q5, WRG4's on the A4 have been nice. Had been thinking about the outpost nAT, but that's a big range hit. Wonder if they'll make an appropriately outpost APT, might be a bit better on range.

Nokian’s website has always been suboptimal. This just looks like a “ehh yeah we gots some sizes that fit an Rivian”
Thankfully they spend their $$$ on tire engineering and not marketing and website design. The product speaks for itself.

The only winter tires I will use. Unless a high performance winter tire is needed, then it's Michelin Pilot Alpin.

So I’ve been eyeing the Outpost tires for my new 20s I got for my R1T. They showed on Discount Tires website a couple of weeks ago but now they’re not on there. According to Nokian’s website, the Outpost nAT is replacing it, yet it’s not showing at Discount or TireRack. I called both places and Discount said they’d have to call Nokian and call me back (which they didn’t do). TireRack said they aren’t available.

Call Nokian and they said they are offered in 275/65/20 but not available and couldn’t give me any lead time at all. I asked about the 275/60/20 which shows on their site too, and nothing. They also seemed reluctant to tell me anything since I wasn’t a “dealer” or wholesaler.

Really seems like the perfect tire for me, but guess I’ll go with BFG KO2 for now….

New York Times had an interesting article on Nokian a while back. Some of you might remember how difficult it was to find Nokian tires for a while (even today). Apparently some 90% of their production capacity was in Russia when the war started. They’ve had to scramble, find new sites for new factories (Poland and Romania). It may be a while till production capacity is back to normal.

Ahh I didn't realize that. Thanks for sharing! I guess I'll have to look at other options now. I did get an e-mail back from them and they said the 275/65/20 Outpost nAT won't be available "for some time" and they would update their Rivian page accordingly.

Yes that was the range hit with the tires. We had a pretty mild winter, so lower temperatures and bad weather weren't really a factor, I actually used the 21s during the coldest parts of the winter.

Are there any issues using 275/60 R20 instead of 275/65/R20 that you had to remediate via the service center? ex. reprogram for the difference in aspect ratio? Assuming not but curious if any sensor was thrown off.
