Kneel mode stays active until you drive above a certain speed threshold. It's intentional because you might just be repositioning the vehicle for access. Personally I wish the setting were configurable, because I'd rather it not behave this way.Tuesday morning coming out of the garage, I kept getting telltales to the effect of “raise truck before driving to avoid damage”. It apparently did not come out of Kneel mode itself. I manually put it in “Standard” height & it was fine after that. I didn’t drive it today; we’ll see what it does on the morrow.
That's not saying you don't also have a leak though. I did on my truck. The vehicle will throw a code for a leaking air damper, but AFAIK only Rivian can pull codes, and it doesn't present as any sort of an error on the display. After Rivian replaced the damper I'll still get the message about the truck raising after kneel mode occasionally.
