Introducing RMaxx Running Boards & Rock Sliders for Rivian R1T / R1S from Team 1EV

We placed our order for the R1T running boards on May 17th. We received them on June 12th. We have unpacked the boxes. All parts are there, and they arrived in perfect condition. They are very well packed. We have begun the assembly and installation process. There are no instructions in the box. We downloaded the instructions and templates from the 1EV Website.

Overall, big fan! Tolerance is a little tight between the board and the door trim when mud packs up but I don’t see any way around it. Small price to pay for the tight clean design of the running board. Build quality is top notch and they look great!

Ordered the running boards last week and opted for Atlanta install. For whatever reason I still had to pay for shipping and put in a shipping address, when it seems like it would be more intuitive to just keep them there in Atlanta to install them once I am scheduled. My very pregnant wife is very much looking forward to having these installed.

Just ordered mine also and had the same thought. CS said that they are not being manufactured at the Atlanta HQ so they are being shipped to you or to them (and you get to pay). Fair enough, so I decided to save the $199 and install them myself. Looks easy enough.

And, for the record, I sent them an email after midnight and had an answer first thing this morning. Fast and clear responses are so refreshing, even if the answer is not what you hoped it would be.

Did you go for the triple slot or the triple square?

I went with the triple slot, not really knowing if one is shipping faster than the other and liking that pattern better. No indication of shipping yet.

Nice! Ordered sliders in late May here but sure hope come in next month or so as my poor other half has a hard time climbing in!

Let us know how this install goes as seems will be even easier?!?!?
How it does with factory underside protection etc.

Ordered my R1S sliders for install at ATL. Was told the same thing about them not having any stock at the ATL facility. Gotta ship to either me or to that garage. I've left it as my home for now.

Now I'm debating whether I want to go on and order some jack pucks in case I need them between now and when the sliders are installed. Sounds like I won't really need them after the slider is installed, right? Or maybe go on and get them because it's better to use them even with the sliders on?

i think mysta said earlier that his order number was in the 1800s.

Some guy on FB posted he got shipping notification today and his order # was 1883 so they're getting there!
