the guys who designed the ones I showed being fit to GEN 2 used a cordless impact wrench to remove existing bolts and reinstall. They used a torque wrench to finish / fit them all back.Going to install our Rmax boards soon on our G2 R1S. I've was surprised to see a T55 Torx bit included. It says 55IP. Is this a "Torx Plus" bit? I've read these bolts can be a bear to remove and definitely should use a Torx Plus and a breaker bar. I'm a little worried about getting them out. Did Rivian use thread locker? If so, any reason not to put a heat gun on them? Is an impact wrench a better idea than a breaker bar?
I'm assuming my 1/2" Pittsburg torque wrench will be sufficient for the install?
Thanks for any advice.
