If I ever create my own forum it would have a ChatGPT like interface which made suggested edits, and some basic fact checking.

A sorta "are you sure you want to post that" kind of thing. It would also present a summary of what's being said so someone can fix any readability issues. This is something that I myself have problems with where what I wrote doesn't come across like I expect.

A post that talks about problems simply needs to state what the behavior is, what the expectation is, and what steps if any Rivian has done to solve it.

My personal opinion ChatGPT is dangerous. It does not do any basic fact checking takes the info input and generates an article as if it was researched stating false information as fact. Pretty much GIGO on steroids.

Yeah, a couple major news outlets are starting to have serious problems with high volumes of inquiries about articles that ChatGPT says they published in the past that literally never existed. Same for some reporters.

True, but I think the combination of AI plus human can produce more accurate results.

I would never simply assume ChatGPT had any idea of what it was talking about.

The current version has no mechanism for fact checking, and isn't even connected to the internet. Heck it doesn't even access to a calculator.

If you limit your expectations, and you cross check what it claims you'll have a lot better luck with it.

I had an idea to do this, I wonder if it will be an accessory that can go in the existing spot?

I really hope we can 86 the speaker for a drawer… maybe even sell it back to rivian lol.

But can existing owners get the new charging pad? I sure hope so.

I’m picking up my truck mañana from a service appointment and will ask if this is covered under warranty— the redesign and RJ’s comments prove it doesn’t function correctly.

I’ve used my Camp Speaker only once. It’s fine and I can see how some would find it useful, but for me, I’m locked into the Sonos ecosystem at home and already had a Sonos Move, so the Camp Speaker for me doesn’t have much practical value. I think it should be optional, but I’m sure it’ll be a neat parlor trick for me one day.

The sound quality is so bad I still bring my jbl flip Bluetooth speaker.
