I have the 22's. It's the 2nd one you listed with the 116H. On the tire, it's more accurately labeled with the new rating of HL.

Weird enough, mine’s are 115H(first one)?

Someone covered this on a different thread last week. The 115H were the originals; now they've been upped to 116H but are basically the same tire. Roughly speaking, deliveries before mid-December had the 115H; new ones being delivered now and forward will have the 116H.

I don't know this first hand; just a memory report from the other thread.

Does anyone know which of these comes stock?

Both. You can switch to the 116H from the 115H tires, but there's not really a reason to. Rivian put new 115H on my truck's front end when I was in for service in November. Same as it came with.
