2022.47.0 software update installed w/ SNOW MODE!

My truck has been sitting in a service center for the last week, and has not received the update yet. The loaner truck they gave me with the shitty 21” tires (manufacturer plates and all) has not received it either, and our first big snowstorm of the year rolls in tonight. Oh, and all of my winter emergency gear is in my truck and they can’t get it out because it’s up on a lift. I’m a bit salty (which the roads sadly are not).

My truck, in the same service center, did get it but my loaner (also on 21s with MFG plates) has not.

As soon as I got the email about the update this AM, went to the garage opened the door and it was there...

You could have just click on Vehicle Software Settings in the app without going anywhere.

As the P-touch'd saying above our Supply Shop says, "PISS POOR PLANNING ON YOUR PART IS NOT AN EMERGENCY ON OUR PART."

The second I learned I was leaving my truck for longer than a day, I transferred everything from mine to the loaner. Good thing too, I put the chainsaw to use that weekend.

Edit: this definitely isn't "our first big snowstorm of the year". And the 21s aren't shitty, you're just upset. Don't take it out on the tires, they're gonna save your ass tomorrow!

Sharing the destination from your phone to the vehicle is magical - I use it in my Tesla all the time, this is a huge feature to have!

I have used other vehicles with apple car play. So this is different, But like you say “magical”. I really do like it. When you share then it just pops up.

The AXM failed, they are retouching the hood from when they had it replaced, they found a broken clip on the bumper cover so they are replacing it, and one of the headlights had standing water in it.

I didn’t get an app message, but when I opened the app, the update message was there. Updating now.

Not sure why but both my wife's and my phones received the message.

Phone as a key devices will both receive the OTA notification. It used to just be owner phone, that changed a few updates ago. Now my wife gets to be excited for OTAs pending also!

I think similar to Tesla they release the update in batches/waves so not everyone is downloading at the same time.
