Only saves them money if people order it. I don’t really see the market for the black mountain without the wood. Same color scheme but less luxurious and arguable more difficult to maintain.Monroe said the wood design was dumb and expensive. This will easily save time and money.
It’s possible that under the new vegan cover option is unfinished wood. Just a possibility.Anyone know what’s under the vegan leather? It looks to be exactly the same shape as the wood trim.
Are they covering wood - like a carpet hiding hardwood floors situation? ?
I personally prefer the wood. I absolutely love it in my Forest Edge interior. The vegan wrap options looks way too much like a boring Tesla interior to me. I’m definitely keeping a wood trim option for my second reservation, but I like that there are more options.
Actually not odd at all. Costs them less to manufacture = more profitable product for a startup that will be bleeding cash for quite some time. I'm happy with the wood, but like the options.The fact they cost the same as the wood options seems kind of odd.
