You don't want to do that. The ride height will continually drop over time... Or so it says...
"ride height will slowly lower over time when disabled". not sure it's advisable to do.

Let them? At their own risk if they are dumbass enough to mess up the truck (not a personal attack on anyone just saying as your own risk lol).
I dont disagree, but lets me honest, people on this forum who mess up the truck doing stuff like this, will come back here and bitch like they've never bitched before about Rivian screwing them after they void the warranty.
It's clearly a service menu not intended for end users.
Don't doubt that, but doubt the validity of the claim that warranty voids. They may not cover damage an owner causes by interaction with that menu and resultant changes, but doubt a warranty can be voided...
Well yeah. Magnuson-Moss prevents them from just saying "you accessed the service menu... warranty voided!" but if you disable the auto-leveling and break a suspension component after the airbags bottom out that's probably going to be on you to pay to fix.
