Guide call yesterday, and signed PBA while on the call. Similar information as reported in this thread... should have a VIN 1-2 weeks, with expected delivery end of May or sooner.

Had my guide call this morning. Received and signed PBA shortly after, and configuration shows locked. No real news that hasn't already been reported here. My guide is confident that I'll take delivery before the end of May. No update on R1S production, unfortunately.

It feels so good :)

Initial guide call yeaterday, received and signed the PBA while I was on the phone with him. Told me to download app. My config is locked. He is snipping the charger. Rubber mats, field kit and wrist band on back order. I was told that I would likely be able to start the 8 step process on the first week of May and receive the R1T shortly after. So likely hit my window. Said my configuration is something that is commonly moving through the line and he said they may be able to match me with a truck that is already built. Seemed like only hold up is my location in Nashville. Closest open service center is Atlanta. Acted like if my config is there could happen soon. #waitingonaVIN

This is pretty much identical to what I was told, except I live less than a mile from the service center.

Here's hoping Jeff Bezos doesn't see your truck and decide to take it for himself

Just met with my guide (early!) and signed the PBA. Basically the same information. Sounds like they’ve tweaked the delivery flow some so that they PDI before opening the final steps now? Either way, I’m bouncing around now.

Here’s an update for my fellow R1S early reservation holders…

Earliest R1S customer deliveries will be in June, and I can expect an updated timeline in a couple weeks. My guide mentioned the first cars will be delivered to employees so they can provide feedback. My response… Rivian can hire me and I’ll be happy to get paid to provide feedback! ?

Also happy to wait for an even more refined product.

To be honest, they should hit the forum and ask for volunteers to be in an early feedback group. They would probably get some pretty knowledgeable enthusiastic people giving a lot of great feedback for free just to be in an early adopter group.

Had initial guide call today; signed PBA immediately afterward. Quoted 4-6 weeks for delivery. A little disappointed it could be June before I get my Truck but considering how long all of us have been waiting, what’s a few more weeks, right?

Guide definitely mentioned 8 steps would pop up after Truck was delivered to service center and PDI completed.

I asked if Rivian was aware of owners having issues with vampire drain. Guide said that he wasn’t aware of it personally but that he would look into it and follow up.

No new info on pricing for Membership after the complimentary period expires.

Guide did mention that they were now able to view progress updates on builds so he would be keeping me in the loop as my truck progressed through the different stages.

All-in-all not a lot of new information, just confirmation of what has already been discussed in this thread. The non-answers were mildly annoying but I get it that Rivian isn’t giving our guides a whole lot of information to work with.

Still can’t wait to get the truck.

Not to get your hopes up, but they've been quoting 4-6 weeks after the PBA since deliveries started, and most people seem to end up getting the truck much faster. As in, within a week or two.

(Of course, some people also got stuck in PBA limbo. Hoping for the best, myself.)

As someone who signed their PBA on Monday April 25th I sure hope it’s just a couple weeks. Guide said yesterday truck was on the line.

I must say, I am shocked they missed April deliveries.
