Need some help, I just got the Preliminary Buyer's Agreement and it shows the wrong price (the increased price vs. the 'old"). Did anyone else have this happen? I have already reached out to my guide and left a message, but want to know from those who went through this, did you sign as is and let them fix it, or wait until they get it right. Thanks all

You should wait to sign it until they get it right. Never sign something you don’t want “as is”.

There were a couple folks on here who mentioned the same thing happened to them, and they got it sorted out.

It looks like tomorrow's delivery is *not* going to happen. While my purchase was finalized yesterday, and the R1T is physically at the Bellevue Service Center, the full inspection has not yet been completed. They let me know right away and were apologetic, but I have no idea of what unit of time the delay is (hours, days, weeks). Crickets.

When you finalize the 8-step process, the Rivian app on your phone unlocks. I started playing with it for a bit and can't wait to dig more into it. When they realized that they couldn't make tomorrow's delivery time, my access was locked again. That's a little disturbing, but I suppose prevents me from stealing my own truck!

I'm sure it won't take them long to finish final QC, unless something is drastically wrong.

Yeah, you really only get access to the onboarding. Once you accept delivery, that's when everything else unlocks.

Sorry to hear about the delay, but I'm sure it's for the best! You'll get here s00n!!!

I still haven't gotten a pre-lim agreement. Guide says I'm still on for April. But the weird thing on all of this is all my stuff seems different from what I see on this board. I got a guide last May (2021.) And then was told October and then end of Nov. Then he called and said April. I actually emailed him Monday and he says no word yet. Hopefully in a couple weeks. Then this morning I had a first drive option in the account. I mean the drive is nice. But really ready to get word about the purchase.

My guide did say that when I receive the PBA to make sure it has the right price before signing.

Finally, just got my first ever guide call just now....R1T, Rivian Blue, 20" wheels, ordered 2/11/19. Estimated deliver in "3-6 weeks!" I will keep the group updated, and wondering if any other Dallas folks have been contacted?? Exciting times, and congratulations to those who have already received, the trucks look amazing
Congratulations @TXRIV ! No contact here though. I'm not far behind you preordering. You said you got a call. I was told I would receive an email first. The only way I receive calls is from my contact list. Maybe they'll leave a voice message. I'm about 85 miles from Dallas, so hopefully I'm included in this group.

I reached out and via Chat this morning, and asked them where I stood. Got the vague, "guide contact coming soon" and I asked if they could let my guide know I called. 2 hours later I got the call...

Apologies for the unsolicited advice, but given the history you've outlined here, I would ask your guide to escalate the issue to the point where you get more details. I'm assuming your guide has a manager/supervisor and I would ask for a direct response from that person.

We were in the May 2021 group, November then March/April. The whole process happened very suddenly. Monday 2/28, we got the contact about confirming to go into production. Friday, 3/4, the truck was already local and was ready to schedule delivery. You are most likely on the home stretch, and I wouldn't be surprised if you go from confused to truck-in-driveway with all of about 5-7 days' notice s00n.

Thanks. Way to go. Hopefully I'll get contact before long.
